Warranty / Return Policy
Wellinks warrants the Flyp nebulizer (excluding HypersonIQ Cartridge, mouthpiece, and charger), when used in accordance with the instructions provided in the User Manual, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. The warranty is solely limited to replacement of any such equipment claimed to be defective when claim is shown to be bona fide by evaluation by Wellinks. If a covered device is found to have an issue – performance or otherwise – resultant of a manufacturing defect, the device will be replaced at no charge to the customer. This warranty does not extend to any components or equipment subjected to misuse, failure to provide proper care (e.g. improper cleaning or storage), improper operation, accidental damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, use of a charger other than the one provided, or unauthorized repairs. This is Wellinks’ only responsibility and your only remedy under the above warranty.
Wellinks reserves the right to request that the covered device in question be returned to our facility for testing in order for a proper determination to be made and that the customer is responsible for postage related to the return of the claimed equipment. Failure to return the claimed equipment results in no additional responsibility on the part of Wellinks. All items returned must be properly packaged, shipped, and postage prepaid by the purchaser. Wellinks shall not be liable to the purchaser or others for loss of use of equipment or for indirect, or incidental or consequential damages that might arise during the shipping process.
The above warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

In addition to our 2-year industry leading warranty, we offer a 30-day money back return policy on all unopened products purchased via our website, www.flynebulizer.com. Due to health and sanitary reasons, opened product cannot be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, you must receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our customer service team. Please contact a customer service representative at 1 (844) 359-7632 or via email at email@example.com to initiate a return. We are unable to process a refund without an RMA number.
Refunds on Unopened Products: Upon receipt of qualifying returns and a subsequent reasonable examination of the returned products, your refund for unopened items will be authorized. Refunds will normally be credited to the same account debited during the purchase. It can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be processed and cleared, depending on your credit card company or bank. All issues with devices, cartridges, and accessories purchased through a retailer must be addressed with the retailer based on the retailer's return policy.
*Does not include expedited shipping costs. Misused, damaged, missing or broken items are not eligible for a refund.
